I wanted to take a minute and share my experience at Sauna Gaurd Wellness Center. I was invited by Jen Vahl. She is a top tier injector and the only person I will go to! Not only is amazing at her skill but truly a real down to earth person who cares for her clients. I was new to Sauna Gaurd Wellness Center and I have to say it was beautiful. The employees were very kind, it felt homey and it was extremely clean! I happened to go on their one year anniversary allowing me to get some amazing prices to add to it. I left feeling extremely blessed! Thank you Jen you’re the best!

Recommend Sauna Guard to anyone looking to take their recovery to the next level. I use the steam room and infrared sauna consistently. Coming from a normal sauna I feel the difference. The staff is always super nice and accommodating to my schedule. Whenever I leave I feel better than when I came in every single time. Give it a shot.

I received a 90 minute massage today with Kii. Hands down the best massage ive ever gotten!! I also had red light therapy after which elevated the massage even more. This will definitely be a monthly self care must for me. Book an appointment asap, you wont regret it !

My daughter came in dehydrated and received an IV. The place was very clean and relaxing. Staff was all very helpful and nice. Would highly recommend.

This was my first time at Sauna Guard. I had a 60 minute deep tissue massage with Kii and the experience was wonderful. Check in is very easy and the receptionist was friendly. I was taken in right away, and Kii asked about any areas to focus on or issues. The room was typical of massage rooms, quiet and warm. Kii was professional and when she used the cryo or the red light, she explained what they were used for. Pressure was great, and she reminded me I could ask for more or less at any time. Check out was equally easy, and there was no pressure to schedule other services. Would definitely go back here.

Nicole is amazing! She made me feel so comfortable and explained everything really well. The results look super natural which is exactly what I was hoping for. She’s so sweet and clearly knows what she’s doing. I’ll definitely be back and recommending her to everyone! 🙂

I had my first (and definitely not last!) Diamond Glow facial at Saunaguard with Christina, and it was an amazing experience! The appointment started with a scan of my face, where Christina took the time to explain what each section meant and how it related to my skin’s needs. After that, we moved to the treatment room, where Christina performed the facial, which even included manual extractions—a step I’ve never experienced with the Hydrafacials I’ve had in the city. The whole process was incredibly thorough, and I left feeling refreshed and glowing. Highly recommend this treatment to anyone looking for a more personalized and effective facial!

This wellness spa offers Cryo, Hyperbaric Oxygen, Red Light & Infrared Sauna therapies. There’s a wonderful locker room to safely lock up your belongings. They generously offer use of showers, robes, towels, and all toiletries.
You can also use the steam room and/or relax in a massage chair! In addition to wellness, Sauna Guard offers Med Spa/Aesthetic services, as well as IV & Massage Therapy! I’ve been enjoying the Infrared Sauna therapy, twice a week, after Pilates class. It feels great! I sleep better at night, too! Looking forward to trying the Hyperbaric Oxygen Treatment next! Do yourself a favor and pay them a visit! Sauna Guard has it all!

Such an amazing facility for recovery and relaxation. As an athlete and fitness coach this is exactly what I’ve been looking for. MJ and staff have been super accommodating and professional. Always return my calls asap if I leave a message. After the sauna I sit in the massage chair for a stretch or tension relief. Game changer for the fitness and health enthusiasts. Cant wait to try the cryotherapy and hyperbolic chamber!

From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, the experience exceeded my expectations. MJ checked us in out, and he was very accommodating and professional. The sauna was immaculately clean. The temperature started off perfect. The heat grew all the way to 150 degrees and by the end of my session, I was sweating and the steam room was a nice add-on to the overall service. If your’re looking for a relaxing, affordable self care day then this is the place you want to go. I plan to be back and try other services.

I did a group sauna session and it was great! The facility is very clean and the locker room is nice. The sauna we did got up to 140 degrees. While it wasn’t the hottest sauna I’ve been in, it was enjoyable. The complimentary steam room on the other hand was very hot! It was very challenging and enjoyable. I definitely would come back and am intrigued about the other services they offer.

This place is awesome! If you care about your health & longevity this is the spot. Hyperbaric oxygen chambers, saunas, massage chairs, iv injections & much much more. I have done the chamber twice & have improvement in my hearing, sinuses & sleeping. The staff is very friendly & knowledgeable. Wether you’re an athlete or just someone who wants to live longer you owe it to yourself to check this place out.

I want to do this review to help others who are nervous about injections, Botox etc to feel rested and at ease. Rest assured you will be relaxed. You have to go see Jen Vahl, she is really the best injector all around hands down, not only is she super friendly, happy and welcoming, she makes you feel comfortable and at home. I have traveled from all different areas just to see her. She always goes above and beyond, while taking the time to hear what you want and executes the exact look you want to achieve. Jen is super precise with her techniques, she takes her time with you while makeing you feel aesthetically beautiful. You definitely will leave feeling confident and happy. This was my first time coming here for an infrared sauna session. I was warmly welcomed, received a tour of all of the rooms and met some of the specialist that work here. Krissy, Valerie and MJ all took care of me to make my session comfortable! This place is like a one stop shop for health and beauty. I am excited to bring more guest and try out more services!

Chrissy absolutely saved and changed my skin. I struggled with acne for as long as I can remember and ever since I’ve been seeing Chrissy, breakouts have been far and few between. I will not let anyone else touch my face. 10000/10 would recommend, the best facials ever!

Went for a lymphatic drainage massage and had a very pleasant experience. Very friendly and professional staff and the atmosphere was beautiful and welcoming. Would definitely recommend.

I was very impressed with my first time at sauna guard. When I first arrived Rylee gave me a tour of the whole place and explained each room to me. I then discussed what I was thinking of having done with Rylee and Val which they were awesome in pointing me in the right direction because I was not 100% sure. Christina was the girl who did my facial and 10/10 recommend!! I ended up doing the diamond facial and she was so helpful with telling me about my skin and stuff I can do or change. It felt like I was talking to my best friend because of how much fun I was having with her! Regardless my skin looked great after and I am actually going back in 2 weeks for another facial. They have this device there that takes pictures of your face and goes veryyyy in debt of where your problem areas are. It is very eye opening and helped me decide about how I wanted to go about my treatment. When I was leaving I actually was talking to MJ one of the owners for a good 10 minutes about the place and how great everyone was. Such nice people, and such a beautiful place, can’t wait to go back!

One of the best wellness centers in the area. Staff is very professional and welcoming. Best part, the convenience of being able to use the sauna or cyro chamber alone uninterrupted. Whether preparing for a tournament or simply wanting to be in a peaceful quiet environment, unlike the Lifetime public sauna full of distractions. My skin has never been so glowy… I am obsessed!! I did a Diamond Glow facial with Christina and let me tell you it was the best money I ever spent! She makes the whole experience so stress-free and comfortable AND is so talented in the aesthetic realm. I purchased some Color Science & Skin Better products per her recommendations as well and they did not disappoint. I also received injectable treatments from Jen and I am SO happy with my results. Sauna Wellness is absolutely amazing. I came in for cryotherapy for the first time and it was an excellent experience. The staff is so friendly and welcoming, and the facility is state of the art. I was given a tour and shown what all the rooms are for and what services are provided, and I was also given information about memberships if I decided I wanted to go in that direction. I went back again the next day to get a massage and for someone like me who loves massages and gets them often, this one was definitely top-notch. I had the pleasure of spending an hour with Kii who worked wonders on me. She is definitely worth her weight in gold! I can’t wait to go back again and try out the other many services they offer!

I had a facial with Christina, and it was incredible! She was attentive and so kind. The facial was tailored to my specific needs after a quick conversation with Christina, and she paid attention to what I wanted. I left feeling rejuvenated and like I have brand new skin!
