Scheduling an appointment through our website or booking link does not guarantee services. Please cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance. You may reschedule to a later time on the same day, based on provider availability, at no extra cost. Rescheduling to a different day or time with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will incur a $50 fee for standard services. For sauna and cryotherapy services, half the full price will be charged for late cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduling to a different day. This policy applies to all guests, regardless of membership, and applicable fees will be charged to the credit card on file.
You may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining your login credentials. Sauna Guard Wellness Center is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from failure to secure your account.

Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
