  • Same-day rescheduling is permitted based on availability at no additional charge
  • Rescheduling to a different day or time with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will incur a $50 fee for standard services
  • For sauna and cryotherapy services, 50% of the full service price will be charged for late cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduling to a different day
These policies apply to all clients, including members. Applicable fees will be charged to the payment method on file.

Some services may require account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Sauna Guard Wellness Center is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from failure to safeguard account information.
